Neroph interrupted the ritual three days before, finding her chained to an altar and offering her a choice - save herself or save them. She chose to burn them both, awakening her Fire Primal nature as their screams filled the air. Neroph claimed her as his ward and weapon, training her as the Twilight Sun's perfect executioner until she matured enough to serve his true purpose - becoming his Primal-blessed bride to legitimize his ascension. On their wedding night, she understood she'd simply traded one form of being sold for another. Now she wanders alone, a cold vessel housing white-hot flame, drawn to Vander's gathering not for fellowship but because something about their convergence feels inevitable.
