The Ice Monk
Reikan is an Ice Primal monk whose mountain hermitage fell to the dark sorcery of the Lucid Temple. Seeking to control the monks as submissive soldiers, the Lucid Temple pierced them with rings of pain. Reikan was not to be subjugated, and instead his soul retreated from his body into a meditative limbo between worlds. He awoke alone, the sole survivor of a now extinct monastic tradition. Where once he sought solitude, now he seeks purpose hunting those responsible for turning sanctuary into slaughter.

Trained in monastic traditions of the Wild Realms, Reikan and his brothers sought only solitude in their mountain hermitage. When Lucid Temple sorcerers captured them for ritual experiments, they pierced the monks with rings to harvest their essence - a torture that killed all but Reikan. He survived by retreating so deep into meditative trance that his Ice Primal powers erupted, freezing everyone in the chamber. Now he carries his dead brothers' voices in his meditation, their screams transformed into mantras of vengeance. He seeks a new brotherhood while hunting those who destroyed the old, his frozen fury a monument to those who died beside him.
