When Garn fell, he seized freedom by joining the Crooked Crown as a Coinbroker, maintaining his Rose addiction to numb old wounds while projecting carefree charm. His past with Kaida at the Lucid Temple remains his closest brush with genuine connection, though both pretend it meant nothing.
