When her brother chose democratic reforms over dynasty, dissolving their imperial throne for committees and councils, she saw it as unforgivable weakness. After his death at barbarian hands - which she witnessed without emotion - she earned the title "Frost Queen" among the scattered nobility who still believe in bloodline supremacy. Now she seeks to forge a new aristocracy from the chaos, seeing powerful Primals as the foundation for a new order with herself as the frozen heart of power. She believes democracy failed because it gave power to the unworthy, and that only those with divine blood - Primals - deserve to rule.
