During Battle Morale, the active Primal heals for 15% of Valoria's ATK when they damage an enemy with a Basic Attack or an Ultimate. If Valoria is the active Primal, Battle Morale heals all Primals. If a Primal other than Valoria is the active Primal, only they are healed. This effect has a 0.5 second cooldown.Holy Chakram
Blast nearby enemies, dealing % ATK Celestial damage and heal all allies for a portion of Valoria's ATK, then summon 2 spinning Chakrams that rotate around Valoria for 8 seconds. Enemies that are hit by the Chakrams take % ATK Celestial damage, and while Spinning Chakram lasts, the active Primal heals for 10% of Valoria's ATK every second.
About
Born to a military family of combat medics, Valoria and her sister Elora inherited Earth Primal abilities that let them mend wounds by manipulating minerals in blood and bone. While Elora fled to marry the mercenary Vander, Valoria remained loyal to Garn's military, serving with distinction until the capital's fall. She broke her oath to save her lover during the final battle, only to watch him die anyway while her unit perished in her absence. This failure drives her to hunt Twilight Sun remnants as penance. When she learns Vander survived while her sister died, her fury knows no bounds - until Damea's condition forces her to confront whether healing matters more than hatred.
